I've never had my grout cleaned and I've been here for 20+ years, so they had their work cut out for them. Per usual they were incredibly thorough and professional. They took time to use a putty knife to get up stains and stuck on materials. They also were very careful to make sure that all the hoses coming in were clean and did an excellent job keeping the extremely cold air today from coming into the house. They also helped me with drying a patch of carpet that was wet from ice damming. I really wish I had taken a before picture, but I'm uploading an after and it looks like new.
