What is the drying time after cleaning?

Steam cleaning typically takes 3-5 hours, whereas dry cleaning is often much quicker.

Are the cleaning solutions safe for pets and children?

Yes, they are safe for pets and children. Just like most other professional cleaners, we use non-toxic and eco-friendly products!

Do you move furniture during the cleaning process?

We charge based on square footage, but we can customize services to exclude specific furniture from being moved and cleaned under!

What should I do to prepare for a carpet cleaning appointment?

We recommend vacuuming and removing small items or breakables beforehand.

Do you offer regrouting services?

No. Leo & Sons provides professional tile and grout cleaning services only. We clean and restore existing grout lines but do not remove or replace grout (regrouting).

Are your emergency water damage services available 24 hours a day?

No. While we respond to emergency water damage situations, we do not offer 24-hour service. Please contact us during business hours, and we'll do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.
